Blueberry sorbet

Preparation : 5 minutes with frozen blueberries
Portions : 6


  • 4 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1egg white

  1. Mix the sugar with the fresh blueberries
  2. Freeze in ice-cube trays

pour servir

  1. Put ice cubes in a culinary robot.
  2. Mix and add the egg white and serve immediately.
  3. Put back to the freezer unused portions.


To make the recipe with already frozen blueberries, add the sugar and the egg white then put back to the freezer.


To make homemade Popsicles:

  1. Crush the fresh blueberries with the sugar.
  2. Put in popsicles containers.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze.
